Features of unit

1.application of economizer

 Increase the supercooling degree of liquid refrigerant and improve unit refrigerating capacity

2.reliable functional components

 Adopting newly high efficiency heat exchange tube to make dry expansion evaporator and condenser with high heat transfer efficiency, so it can improve refrigerating capacity of the unit and reduce input power;

 Solenoid valves, oil separators, electric components etc are all world famous brand with high quality and long service life.

3.application of environmental friendly refrigerant

Various refrigerant can be used, like HFC404A, HFC134a and so on

4.various secondary refrigerant can be used

 Glycol water solution, propanediol water solution, ethanol etc, or design the evaporator as an anti-corrosive one, so that Calcium chloride water solution can be used;

5.application of high efficiency oil separator

Reduce lubricant which flow in evaporator, so it can improve the heat transfer efficiency of evaporator

6.application of injection technology

 Injecting liquid refrigerant to the compression chamber of a compressor can reduce discharge temperature efficiently

Semi-hermetic piston compressors are adopted, and the main features of the features of the compressors are listed follows:

1, Copeland semi-hermetic compressor

2, Special highly efficient and stable valve plate design

3, A special surface treatment of the crankshaft, piston, and piston rings reduces friction loss while simultaneously improving mechanical efficiency.

4, The motor increases the volume of the core, and specific design parameters of the newly developed stator and rotor parts increase efficiency and power output.

5, Built-in lubricating oil is cleaned through a double filter, which permits the evaporator to operate at the maximum capacity.

6, The motor uses high efficiency eletrical steel and special slot design, equipped with internal and external cooling channels designed for minimum pressure fluctuations, so that the compressor efficiency is very high.

7, Pressure lubrication system is to ensure smooth opreation of all moving parts.
